Liability for errors
Nannic.se is not responsible for defects or product liability and is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, additional costs and additional work in connection with the use of sold goods. In relation to the consumer/private person, the Consumer Purchase Act applies the consumer purchase act (konsumentköplagen) in applicable parts.
Ordering via the Internet
In the case of orders via the Internet, purchases apply only after a written confirmation has been received by e-mail. In case of any ambiguity, Nannic.se reserves the right to contact the customer by phone or email to confirm the ordered item. The prices shown in the webshop are only valid when ordering via the Internet.
Payment is made against Invoice, Postage or by Prepayment.
Your Member Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree and accept that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and password. Nannic.se reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or delete orders.
If you do not collect the ordered goods, we must charge you for return shipping, handling fee, handling cost and any collection costs. This amount is currently 350 kr.
When you visit us or send us an email, you communicate with us electronically. You agree to take communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting information on this website.
We reserve the right for printing errors, errors in information and errors in specification of all products and services available in our assortment. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, nor can Nannic.se guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and nature of the goods.
Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 days, packages are sent by DHL or by the mail provider. Should delivery time delays occur on ordered goods, the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
Prepayment will only be sent once we have recorded your payment, which normally takes 2-3 days after payment has been received.
We reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order in the event of an obvious error in the pricing of the goods due to a typographical error.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, private individuals have two (2) years of right of complaint regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the defect is discovered. In the event of a complaint after the end of the warranty period, the buyer must prove that the faults that are remarked on existed already at the time of delivery.
Return and exchange rights
Damaged goods are immediately reported to our customer service and where you picked up your goods. In case of damage, the customer must save the goods' address tag in order to provide us with the current package number. This is necessary in order for us to be able to replace the customers broken goods.
