Responsibility for errors
Nannic.se has no responsibility for errors or product liability and is not responsible for direct or indirect damage, extra costs and extra work in connection with the use of sold goods. In relation to consumers/private individuals, the Consumer Purchase Act applies in applicable parts.
Ordering via Internet
When ordering via the Internet, purchases are only valid after a written confirmation has been received by e-mail. In case of any ambiguity, Nannic.se reserves the right to contact the customer by phone or e-mail to confirm the ordered product. The prices shown in the web shop only apply when ordering via the Internet.
Payment is by invoice, postal advance or prepayment.
Your member account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. Nannic.se reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or delete orders.
If you do not collect the ordered goods, we must charge you for return shipping, handling fees, handling costs and any collection costs. This amount is currently SEK 350.
When you visit us or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting information on this website.
We reserve the right for printing errors, errors in information and errors in specification on all products and services in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and Nannic.se cannot guarantee that the image reproduces the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 days, packages are sent by DHL or by Postens letter service. Should delivery time delays occur on ordered goods, the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
Advance payment is sent only when we have registered your payment, which normally takes 2-3 days after the payment has been made.
We reserve the right for any printing errors and reserve the right to change all prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel a signed order in the event of an obvious error in the pricing of the product due to a typographical error.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, private individuals have a two (2) year right of complaint regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. When making a complaint after the end of the warranty period, the buyer must demonstrate that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Damaged goods are reported immediately to our customer service and where you collected your goods. In case of damage, the customer must save the address label of the goods in order to give us the current package number. This is necessary for us to be able to replace the customer's broken goods.
